9. Unfold the previous step.

10. Fold the bottom left corner diagonally up to top right corner.

12. Bring the left and right edges towards you and downwards.

13. Flatten the paper into a triangle, this is now an origami water bomb base.

14. Fold both the bottom left and right points up to the top point.

15. Bring the top right flap down to the bottom center and make a small crease.

I am sorry to say, but this “how to” was awful.
When i tried to blow in it at the end nothing happened i tried again and it ripped! I even doubled checked that i did the steps and guess what? I did!

just blow harder. I’m a kid and it didn’t work at first but then I asked my dad and he blew it open easily.
It does work u just need to pay more attention and it would be wonderful:)
You need to blow in to the right side of the origami othterwise it will not work and finally will break…
You’re dumb. The instructions were perfect, even for a beginner.
Your supposed to blow at the hole, did you? mine turned out fine after i found it
geez, you must check before you do something. some might be hard, but the rest might be easy. I checked the water bomb before I blew it. there was a hole so I blew into and guess what? It inflated.
That is sooooo coool I love it!!!!

We have been making the water bomb balloons since I was a child, and I’m 73. we used them for messages and greeting cards. Here is how:
After doing step 11, and the paper is flat, draw a picture or write a message in the center. It can be about 2 inches high and wide. It will end up inside the balloon. After you blow up the balloon, peek inside the hole and see the message! We taught the grandchildren. Mary, Megan, and Christi are having fun sending secret messages to their friends. You can put the flat balloon in an envelope and mail it to a friend. Be sure to include instructions to blow up the balloon and peak into the hole for their message!I

Mine didn’t work. I couldn’t figure out where to blow into.. Not sure how I messed up.
All I can suggest is to use a bit smaller paper, it looks a bit large, but it looks correct 🙂
