Step 17: Pick up the model and fold the flaps together until you have a three dimensional diamond shape.

Step 18: To make it easier, peel one or two of the "petals" away from the top, carefully.

Step 19: This is so they do not get stuck once it's inflated.

Step 20: Pick up the model like this, in between your fingers. Blow into the hole at the bottom.

Step 21: Shape the tulip with your hands at the same time as blowing into it.

Step 22: You can now peel the petals down from the top.

Step 23: Use a pen or a chopstick to shape the petals in to a nice curled shape.

Step 24: Next on to the stem. Using the same sized paper.
This is the back of our paper, which you won't see in the final stem (appologies for the striking yellow).
