    Finally, push the left and right sides in again, this will give the turtle a more 3D look and allow the feet to rest underneath the turtle.

  2. You aren’t supposed to cut anything in origami. It’s the art of paper folding, not cutting. Good model tho. I made mine out of newspaper.

    1. Yes this is generally true however there are some traditional Japanese origami models that do include some cutting (such as this turtle). The idea that you cannot use any cuts or glue is not a strict rule in Japanese origami, rather it’s just something that has become popular over time.

  3. Hello my name is Imogen and I love your origami ( I especially like the animals) I tried the turtle and I noticed that in step 5 I noticed something that didn’t make sense: “bottle” left did u maybe mean bottom?
